Last Updated: July 28, 2026
Welcome to the website of Cano State Preschool. We are a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization operating a licensed childcare and daycare facility for children aged 3 to 5 years old in the State of California.
Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website, online parent portals, electronic inquiry forms, enrollment interest lists, or digital communication channels. By accessing, browsing, or using our Online Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you are not authorized to use our Online Services.
1. INFORMATIONAL AND ADMINISTRATIVE PURPOSE ONLY
Our website and Online Services are provided solely for informational, informational gathering, and administrative convenience to assist parents, guardians, and community members. Nothing on this website constitutes a legally binding contract of childcare enrollment, a guarantee of admission, or an immediate placement on our physical daycare roster. Formal childcare enrollment requires a separate, state-regulated Enrollment Agreement executed directly with our admissions staff.
2. NON-PROFIT MISSION & DIGITAL CONDUCT
As a 501(c)(3) non-profit entity, our digital platforms are intended to foster a supportive, informative, and community-focused environment. You agree to use our Online Services only for lawful, legitimate purposes. You are strictly prohibited from using our site or submission forms to transmit defamatory, harassing, abusive, or inappropriate material, or attempting to compromise the security, data infrastructure, or donation portals of our website.
3. DIGITAL ENROLLMENT INQUIRIES & WAITLISTS
Any information, applications, waitlist requests, or inquiry forms submitted through our Online Services are subject to review in compliance with California Department of Social Services (CDSS) Title 22 regulations and our facility's capacity. Submission of an online form does not guarantee admission. The Organization reserves the right to manage its waitlist, communications, and digital admissions queue in accordance with its internal operational policies and non-profit bylaws.
4. THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND PORTALS
Our Online Services may integrate, embed, or link to third-party digital platforms, as may pertain to our child-care program or parent-teacher communications. We do not control, endorse, monitor, or assume liability for the privacy practices, technical uptime, data security, or content of any external third-party digital providers.
5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & PRIVACY
All logos, text, programming graphics, and images displayed on our website are the property of our non-profit organization or our licensors. You may not reuse, scrape, copy, or republish this content without written consent. Any personal data collected through our online forms is handled strictly in accordance with our digital Privacy Policy and applicable California data privacy regulations.
6. DISCLAIMER
This Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any content.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by California law, the Organization, its directors, officers, employees, and volunteers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, our Online Services, including website outages, data transfer errors, data loss, or computer viruses transmitted through third-party platforms.
8. AMENDMENTS TO ONLINE TERMS
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time without prior individual notice to website visitors. Any changes will become effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our website or Online Services after changes are posted constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms.
9. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
10. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California, United States, and you consent to jurisdiction there. You hereby waive any right to a jury trial in any proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms.
